Easy French Toast with Baguettes

This is a popular sweet dish at cafe restaurants. This is a light, fluffy and sweet French toast made with baguette or sliced bread.

Ingredients: 2 servings

French baguette
Use sliced bread if you don't have a baguette
Eggs (medium)
120 ml
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence
a few drops
Powdered sugar
To taste
To taste
Strawberries, bananas, etc.
Whatever fruits you like


1. Here are the ingredients. Use whatever fruits you like.
2. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla essence together.
3. Mix it together very well.
4. Soak the sliced baguette in the egg mixture. Soak it well, turning over several times. If you press down on the slices, it will soak in better.
5. Melt butter in a frying pan.
6. Pan-fry slowly over low heat. The outside will be golden brown, and the inside fluffy and smooth.
7. It's starting to look good.
8. Add fruit, top with honey and powdered sugar, and serve.

I wanted to eat French toast as an afternoon snack.
If you use free-range, organically grown eggs, the yolks will be rich and you can really enjoy their flavor. I recommend eating free-range eggs.
