Tomato Salad with Japanese Mustard

Just cut up a tomato and mix with Japanese mustard! A dish you can conveniently make in no time.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tomato
1 (about 200 g)
★ Japanese mustard (karashi)
2 to 3 teaspoons
★ Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
1 tablespoon
★ Salt
To taste
Shiso leaves or daikon radish sprouts
To taste

Steps

1. Mix the ★ ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add the cut up tomato, mix well and it's done.
3. Transfer to serving plates, top with some shredded shiso leaves or daikon radish sprouts as garnish, and serve.
