Fluffy Moist Pancakes

Fluffy, soft... and moist. They stay fluffy even when cool! I've uploaded photos for each step.

Ingredients: makes about 5

Cake flour
80 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Plain yogurt
50 g
20 ~ 30 g
40 g
Butter or margarine
10 g
a pinch


1. Melt the butter in the microwave. Be sure to use butter as it gives it a richness and good aroma.
2. Beat the eggs and add the yogurt, sugar, milk, and melted butter in that order.
3. It'll look like this.
4. Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Let the batter sit for 5 to 10 minutes. If you're making this in the summer, put in the refrigerator.
6. Warm a frying pan. Place on a wet towel, and after it sizzles, put it back on the stove.
7. Pour in the batter and cover with a lid. Once the top has become bubbly, turn it over.
8. And they're finished. Eat with plenty of butter and syrup.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was aiming for an easy to handle batter With only yogurt, it's quite difficult to pour... Adding milk made it very easy to handle.
