Wakame Seaweed Soup

The key to this recipe is the ginger. It will give a nice kick and will even make you sweat a bit.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Dried wakame seaweed
1 teaspoon
1 thumbtips' worth
250 ml
Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds
As needed


1. Put water, wakame, chicken stock granules, sesame oil, and soy sauce into a pot, then bring to a boil.
2. Finely grate the ginger, then add to soup, then sprinkle sesame seeds.
