Rich Chicken Baitang Ramen with Thick Soup

A bowl of thick and rich ramen that can be served hot or chilled.
Enjoy with your favourite toppings.

Rich chicken baitang soup (Recipe ID:2179924)
2 cups (400 ml)
2 cups (400ml)
★Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
★Grated garlic
1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
★Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
2 portions
Your favourite toppings
Steamed chicken, bok choy, pickled bamboo shoots, etc
If serving cold, add mizuna


1. Add the white chicken soup, water, and ★ ingredients into a pot, turn on the heat, and bring to a boil.
2. Boil noodles in a different pot. Drain the excess water, transfer to a bowl, pour in the soup, add with toppings, and it's done.
3. Cold noodles are delicious for summer. You can boil the soup and chill it, but if you don't have time, you don't need to warm it up.

I had made "thick white chicken soup (Recipe ID: 2179924), and wanted to try using it in a variety of dishes, not just for hot pots, so I came up with this recipe.
