Pork and Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry with Shiso

This dish has plenty of shirataki noodles. Even if you eat a lot of it, it's still healthy. The shiso flavour is refreshing.
You can't fail when seasoning with mentsuyu noodle sauce!


Sliced pork offcuts
about 150 g
Shirataki noodles
1 pack (I used 300 g this time)
Shiso leaves
about 5 leaves
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
4 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds (optional)
as needed


1. Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-size lengths, and drain. Slice the onion, and julienne the shiso leaves.
2. Stir-fry the pork in a pan, add the onion, and shirataki noodles, then continue stir-frying.
3. Season with the mentsuyu noodle sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for longer until the liquid is almost gone. Mix with shiso leaves at the end, and it's done.

When you have a robust appetite, it's ok to have as much shirataki noodles as you want! This stir-fry dish has the nice refreshing taste of shiso leaves.
