One more dish easy to make on busy mornings. Colorful asparagus coated in shio-koji and butter is delicious.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Asparagus (thin)
3 stalks
Butter
10 g
Shio-koji
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the asparagus into thirds and sauté in butter over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the shio-koji and you're done.
