Easy & Egg-free Baked Cocoa Cookies

These are crispy, light and smooth baked chocolate cookies! They're super easy to make.

Ingredients: 1 baking sheet

☆Cake flour
70 g
☆Cornstarch (or katakuriko)
30 g
☆Hot Cocoa Powder (10g regular cocoa powder + 30 g of sugar)
40 g
Vegetable oil (or olive oil)
30 g
1-2 tablespoons


1. Put the mixing bowl on a kitchen scale, add the ☆ ingredients, and mix well with a whisk.
2. Add the vegetable oil and milk and mix with a spatula.
3. When it becomes crumbly, cover with plastic wrap and form into a log.
4. Make 7 mm slices. Bake at 170℃ for 14-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
