Chicken Ham, Wakame, and Sweet Onion Salad

Wakame seasoned with balsamic vinegar and grainy mustard is a perfect match for chicken ham, sweet onions, and soy sauce malt.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Dried wakame seaweed
10 g
Spring onion
1/2 or more to taste
Red bell pepper
Chicken ham
1 slice
Soy sauce malt
1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
Grainy mustard
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
as needed


1. Soak the wakame in water and boil briefly in water. Soak in water, squeeze out the water, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
2. Thinly slice the sweet onions and red bell peppers. Soak in water and squeeze out the water. Slice the chicken ham.
3. Mix the wakame, sweet onion, and chicken ham with all the ingredients. Finally, pour on some olive oil to finish.
