Rinse the snap peas. It is better to leave some moisture on them so the Parmesan cheese will stick to them easily.
Line up the snap peas on the toaster oven's baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake them in the toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown.
If your toaster oven has a thermostat function, stick in a disposable chopstick to slightly open the door to cool it down, so it will continue baking. Caution: It will get very hot. Please be careful.
Bake until they are golden brown and enjoy.
This is an even easier version. Place the snap peas in a heatproof dish that can fit in the toaster oven. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and bake them.
You can eat them fresh and hot from the oven!
It's also delicious with pizza cheese!

Story Behind this Recipe
Sugar snap peas taste better fried than boiled, but sometimes pan-frying them in a skillet is too much work. How about baking them in a toaster oven? That's how I came up with this recipe. The crunchiness is reduced, but they are tender and have a cheesy flavor, and they're delicious.
If you bake the snap peas until the cheese is golden, they will no longer be crunchy. If you prefer to retain the crunchiness, take them out of the oven a little sooner.
