No need to remove the sinews! Just cook the tenders in a frying pan!
Breast meat also works! A simple, easy-to-eat, non-fried chicken nanban.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken tenders
400 g
Green pepper (if you have)
Sake, for preparing the chicken
2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Plain flour
as needed
3 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Boiled egg
2 tablespoons
Parsley (optional)
as desired
a small amount

1. Boil the egg, peel it, and use a fork to crush it. Finely chop the onion and parsley, and wring out any moisture. Combine the egg, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, and black pepper.
2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with sake. Flavor with salt and pepper, then cover with the flour. Cut the green peppers in half vertically and remove the seeds.
3. Add some oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken. Add the green peppers. Once it's about 70% cooked, combine, add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil in the frying pan.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and top with the tartar sauce and it's complete!! It goes well with lettuce, so your kids can wrap it up in lettuce leaves to eat.
