Natto & Tofu Doria (Rice Gratin)

This doria is so soft and creamy that it's almost like a risotto. It's so easy and yet irresistibly tasty.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Warm cooked rice
2 bowlfuls
Silken tofu
1/2 block (150 g)
1 pack
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Easy melting cheese
as liked


1. Lightly grease a heatproof dish. Fill it with rice, then flatten out the surface.
2. Smash up the tofu in a bowl. Add the egg, natto, and soy sauce. Mix it thoroughly.
3. Top the rice with the sauce from Step 2. Scatter some cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes in a toaster oven or even, or until the cheese is browned.

Story Behind this Recipe

Since my tofu doria was well-received, I tried making it with natto.
