Quick & Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork with Golden Sauce

After coating the meat in flour and cooking it, all you have to do is to dress the meat in the Ginger Golden Sauce. It's easily made with things readily available at home. It's a taste that everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork
300 g
White flour
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Combined seasoning ingredients:
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Cooking sake
2 tablespoons
Soft brown sugar
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Ginger (grated)
1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper
a pinch
Cabbage (shredded)
4 leaves
Cherry tomatoes

1. Coat the meat in the flour and katakuriko.
2. Heat oil in the frying pan. Spread the meat in the pan so that the pieces do not overlap. Cook over medium heat. Once one side has cooked, flip over and cook the other side.
3. Add in the combined seasoning ingredients and cook until the sauce as thickened.
4. Serve on a plate with chopped lettuce (pictured, not mentioned in ingredients).

Story Behind this Recipe

You can easily make this with thing readily available in the house. The flour wrapped around the meat holds in the flavors so it fits perfectly with rice.
I also highly suggest putting the meat over rice and serving it as a donburi style dish.
