Quick & Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork with Golden Sauce
After coating the meat in flour and cooking it, all you have to do is to dress the meat in the Ginger Golden Sauce. It's easily made with things readily available at home. It's a taste that everyone can enjoy.
Heat oil in the frying pan. Spread the meat in the pan so that the pieces do not overlap. Cook over medium heat. Once one side has cooked, flip over and cook the other side.
Add in the combined seasoning ingredients and cook until the sauce as thickened.
Serve on a plate with chopped lettuce (pictured, not mentioned in ingredients).
Story Behind this Recipe
You can easily make this with thing readily available in the house. The flour wrapped around the meat holds in the flavors so it fits perfectly with rice. I also highly suggest putting the meat over rice and serving it as a donburi style dish.
The thinly sliced meat can be thigh or shoulder meat. If you have some room in your wallet, sirloin meat is really good. When cooking, use a little bit of extra oil since the powder soaks in some of the oil. Simmer the sauce to your liking. I personally like putting the sauce on my rice, so leave a little bit extra.
