Vegetable Soup made with Soy Milk and Cheese

Here's a soup that's filled with lots of veggies. It's great for breakfast!

Ingredients: 2 servings

*Soy milk
200 ml
*Water
200 ml
*Consommé
1
*Olive oil
1 teaspoon
*Grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon
*Square cheese
1 slice
*Broccoli
as needed
*Carrot
to taste
*Onion
as needed
*King oyster mushrooms
to tatse
*Bacon
as needed
*Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add in the garlic.
2. Stir fry all ingredients except for the cheese.
3. Add in the water and consommé. Simmer until the vegetables are softened.
4. Once the vegetables are softened, add in the soy milk and cheese. Season with the salt and pepper. Enjoy!
