Diet-Friendly Tofu 'Kinako' (Roasted Soy Flour) Smoothie

Is it a tofu smoothie? It's creamy and fills you up! Enjoy it as a snack or for a late night nibble.

Ingredients

Tofu
150 g
Soy milk (or regular milk)
50 ml
Kinako
1 tablespoon
Red bean paste
1 tablespoon
Honey (to taste)
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Just combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend.
2. It's even more delicious chilled.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to try this combination of ingredients once I got a blender. It turned out just as delicious as I'd imagined.
I blended mine using a stick-shaped hand mixer.
