Green bell peppers
*Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
*Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Red chili powder (optional)
to taste


1. Cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds and slice into 5mm strips.
2. In a heat-resistant bowl, microwave for 2 -2 1/2 minutes at 600W. Adjust the time for large-sized peppers.
3. Mix together the ingredients marked *.
4. While the peppers are still hot, mix the dressing and sesame seeds.
