Egg White Pound Cake

This is a fluffy cake made with two egg whites and pancake mix. The vegetable oil makes it healthy.

Ingredients: 2 egg whites' worth

Egg whites
3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons
Pancake mix
5 tablespoons
Vanilla extract
as needed


1. Prepare the ingredients. Line the baking pan with kitchen parchment paper or oil. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Beat the egg whites until peaks form, adding the sugar as you go.
3. Mix in the vegetable oil.
4. Fold in 1/3 of the pancake mix at a time. In the final addition, add the vanilla extract as well.
5. Pour into the pan and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes and it's done.
8. This has cocoa powder in the batter.

I wanted to make a delicious sweet using the leftover egg whites I always have from making cookies.
This is made with what you usually have at home, but it's surprisingly delicious! Your friends and family will love it.
