Fizzy Tangerine Crush Jellies

These tangerine jellies are are fizzing and refreshing, and children love them! Try these when it's hot outside as an afternoon snack or for dessert!

Ingredients: 3~4 servings

Unflavored soda (I used Mitsuya Cider)
200 ml
Hot water
50 ml


1. Peel 1 tangerine and remove all the inner membranes. Finely chop the tangerine pulp.
2. Cut the other 2 tangerines into half crosswise, then squeeze the juice.
3. Combine Step 1 and Step 2 in a bowl, and add soda.
4. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add to Step 3 and mix.
5. Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the fridge to set. The gelatin mixture will become firm after 1.5 hours ~ 2 hours.
6. When the jelly has set, stir it up with a whisk to crush it.
7. Transfer to glasses and they're done!
