This grainy mustard sauce goes surprisingly well with rice. The shiso adds a nice accent and an extra dimension to this delicious dish.
I had some grainy mustard left over so I thought up a recipe to use it up.I used sweet & sour pork as a reference to make this sweet and sour dish.
Be careful not to let the meat burn.This is a thick sauce, so I recommend serving with fresh vegetables.
