Fried Pork with Cheese and Shiso Leaves

You can use any type of meat and cheese to make this! If you are using thinly sliced meat, then 1 cm of oil in the bottom of a pan is sufficient. This cooks up in no time!

Ingredients

Thinly sliced pork shoulder roast
As much as you like
Krazy Salt
A small amount
Sliced cheese
For filling
Shiso leaves
For filling
Plain flour
as needed
Eggs
a little
Panko
as needed
Frying oil
as needed

Steps

1. I didn't have sliced cheese this time, so I sliced the meat I had at home and used it.
2. Season the spread-out meat with Krazy Salt or salt and pepper, lay the cheese and shiso leaves on top, place another layer of meat on top, and squeeze together.
3. Coat the meat with flour, whisked eggs, and panko in that order, and fry in oil.
