Tamagoyaki Omelette For Sushi Hand Rolls

This is a tamagoyaki made with shiro-dashi that's perfect for tuna and egg rolls.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Egg (Medium)
3
Shiro-dashi
1 tablespoon
Water
3 tablespoons
Sugar
2 scant tablespoons
Sake
1 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch

Steps

1. Combine and mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the egg whites in a cutting motion.
2. Strain the mixture through a sieve and cook the tamagoyaki in a tamagoyaki pan. Once cooled, cut into long strips.
