Caramel Chocolate Baked Donuts

These are moist baked donuts with the perfect combination of caramel and melted chocolate.

Ingredients: 9 mini donuts

Granulated sugar
50 g
1 tablespoon
Sugar (I recommend light brown sugar)
20 g
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
☆Cake flour
50 g
☆Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate bar (or chocolate chips)
1/2 bar


1. Put the egg and sugar into a bowl and mix well until thickened. Add the vegetable oil and mix.
2. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
3. Put the caramel and sugar in a pot and heat until brown (until you think it looks a little over-browned.)
4. Remove from the heat. Add the water. (Be careful of splatters!)
5. Pour the caramel into the bowl from Step 1 and quickly mix together. (It will harden quickly, so mix right away!!)
6. Once it has thickened, sift in the ☆ ingredients and mix well.
7. Add the chopped up chocolate and lightly mix. Fill the donut molds with the batter.
8. Bake for 10~15 minutes in the preheated oven. (For me, it was about 13 minutes.)
