Easy Chinese Chive and Chicken Breast Fritters

Great for snacks dinner drinking appetizers or any occasion. The kids and Dad both love this flavor.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken breasts
2
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Plain flour
200 g
Water
300 ml
Egg
1
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
about 2 teaspoons
Grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon
Kimchi
to taste

Steps

1. Chop up the Chinese chives into about 1cm long pieces.
2. Roughly chop up the chicken.
3. Chop it up again a little with your knife.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
5. Mix it all up. At this point you can put half the mixture in a separate bowl and add some kimchi to it, which will be delicious too.
6. Put spoonfuls of the mixture in a heated frying pan.
7. Turn occasionally until golden brown on both sides, and it's done.
8. In our house, we eat the kimchi fritters dipped in a sauce made with ponzu sauce with a little rayu spicy chili sesame oil in it.
9. We eat the regular fritters with mayonnaise-flavored soy sauce.

Story Behind this Recipe

Both Chinese chives and chicken breasts were on sale. I bought a lot of both so I tried combining them.
