Flounder Meunière

This is an easy meunière for preparing flounder fillets.
Just cook it up in a frying pan.
A delicious dish that goes great with rice!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Flounder fillets
2 cuts
Plain flour
a small amount
Salt and pepper
to taste
Oil
2 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
☆ Cooking sake
1 tablespoon
☆ Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Parsley (for garnish)
as much as you like

Steps

1. Sprinkle the flounder fillets with salt and pepper. (I cut each fillet in half).
2. Evenly coat each side in flour.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry both sides of the fillets until golden brown.
4. Turn up the heat to high, add the ☆ ingredients, cook briefly, then turn off the heat.
5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley to taste.
