Stamina-Boosting Pork, Chinese Chives, and Bean Sprouts Stir-fry

This dish will really rev up your stamina!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork (offcuts)
100 g
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet
Seasonings for the pork:
☆Grated garlic
1/3 teaspoon
☆Grated ginger
1/3 teaspoon
2 pinches
1 teaspoon
Seasoning ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon
★Chicken stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
★Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
★Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon


1. Put the pork into a bowl, season with ☆ ingredients, and lightly rub in (letting it sit for about 5 minutes).
2. Briefly wash the Chinese chives and bean sprouts. Chop the Chinese chives into bite-sized lengths. Separate the shimeji mushrooms. Combine the ★ seasoning ingredients.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, turn on the heat, and stir-fry the pork.
4. When cooked through, add the Chinese chives, bean sprouts, and shimeji mushrooms. Continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.
5. Add the combined ★ ingredients, and mix to absorb the sauce evenly. Swirl in the sesame oil, and it's done.
