Pork Belly Ginger Stir Fry

An easy and delicious ginger stir fry.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork belly
200 g
Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
a pinch
★Oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Plain flour
as needed
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon


1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, and lightly coat in flour.
2. Coat a pan with vegetable oil, add the meat and ginger, and fry.
3. When the meat is cooked through, add the onion and the seasoning ingredients marked ★, and fry some more.
4. Transfer to a serving dish, and you're done. Sprinkle chopped leek, finely shredded cabbage, and enjoy!
