Classic Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce

Authentic spaghetti Bolognese sauce is easy using a food processor for the aromatic vegetables. Sprinkle with a mix of parsley and cheese to taste.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Mixed ground beef and pork
400g
Onions (finely chopped)
1/2
◎Carrot (finely chopped)
1/3
◎Celery (finely chopped)
50g
◎Garlic (finely chopped)
2 cloves
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
Red wine
100ml
●Canned diced tomatoes
1 can
●Consomme stock granules
2 tablespoons
●Bay leaf

●Tomato ketchup
150ml
●Butter
2 tablespoons
●Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon
◇Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons
◇Parsley (finely chopped)
1 tabalespoon
Pasta

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion until transparent. Add the ◎ ingredients and stir-fry until tender.
2. Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry. Add the red wine and evaporate the alcohol.
3. Add the ● ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the sauce reaches your preferred thickness. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked pasta.
4. Sprinkle on a mixture of the ◇ ingredients to taste. Toss with spaghetti and enjoy.
