I'm posting this for my own records. This is a shell-shaped short pasta with ridges, called conchiglie.
I love pasta. I wondered if I could make some using a sushi mat, so I gave it a shot.
Conchiglie is a shell-shaped pasta. There are many different sizes, but this time I made them 2-3 cm. You can use these in soups, or if you make bigger ones, you can stuff and bake them.
