Broccoli and Chicken Soup Pasta

Well simmered soft broccoli melts in the chicken soup and it's delicious.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Pasta (spaghetti)
as needed
Garlic (minced)
1 clove
Onion (minced)
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Broccloli (florets)
Ground chicken
100 g
White wine
1 tablespoon
Chicken soup stock (granules)
1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Boil the pasta in salt water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.
2. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil over low heat for a while.
3. Stir-fry the meat and onion. Add the wine and evaporate the alcohol over high heat.
4. Add the broccoli, chicken soup stock granules, and 3 ladleful of pasta cooking water, cover with a lid, then simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
5. Mash the broccoli with a spatula, and mix in the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
