Meat-free Tofu Hamburgers

I made hamburgers without meat! These would make a perfect meal for dieters.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tofu
300 g
Onion
1/2
Egg
1
Panko
1 cup (200 ml)
Miso
1/2 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Hijiki
1 tablespoon
☆ Ketchup
4 tablespoons
☆ Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
2 tablespoons
☆ Sake
3 tablespoons
☆ Mirin
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Wrap the tofu with paper towels and microwave to remove excess moisture.
2. Chop the onion finely, heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion.
3. Once the tofu and onion have cooled, mix all the ingredients together.
4. Shape the mixture into round shapes, heat some oil in a skillet and pan-fry.
5. For the sauce.
6. Add all the ☆ ingredients to the skillet and simmer.
7. Pour the sauce over the tofu hamburgers and enjoy.
