I used miso and gochujang instead of tianmianjiang. You can make rich and delicious dan dan noodles using leftover milk.
I created this recipe to use up milk.
Please make sure not to bring the soup to a boil after adding the milk.If you can, please use doubanjiang instead of gochujang.Using tianmianjiang instead of miso gives more authentic taste.
