Moist Baked Donuts

These baked donuts contain powdered milk, so it tastes milky and moist.

Ingredients: 12 mini donuts

Granulated sugar
30 g
○Skim milk powder
10 g
2 tablespoons
○Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
☆Cake flour
40 g
☆Almond flour (or cake flour)
10 g
☆Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla extract (optional)
A few drops


1. Crack the egg into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix well until it turns pale.
2. Add the ○ ingredients and mix until smooth and even. If you have it, add about 5 drops of vanilla essence.
3. Sift the ☆ into the batter and mix well.
4. Fill the baking molds with the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 10 -15 minutes (mine took 13 minutes).
5. Once baked, let cool in the mold. Once completely cooled, remove from the mold.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted them to have a milky flavor, so I added powdered milk.
