Easy Scrambled Tofu with Lots of Vegetables!

It's very nutritious You can eat a lot of tofu as well Serve on rice, and enjoy! It's delicious.

Ingredients: 4-5 servings

Tofu
1 block (300-400 g)
Ground meat (pork or chicken)
150 g
Onion
1
Carrot
1
Shiitake mushrooms (optional)
about 4
Snow peas, spinach, komatsuna, etc
as needed
Egg (optional)

●Soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons plus ~
●Sake
2 tablespoons
●Mirin
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
as needed

Steps

1. Drain the excess water from the tofu. Boil snow peas in salted water, soak in water, and cut into small pieces.
2. Mince the onion, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, make a scrambled egg, and transfer onto a plate.
4. Wipe off the frying pan with a wet paper towel, heat oil, and stir-fry the ground meat and Step 2 ingredients.
5. When the meat is cooked through, add the ● seasoning ingredients, and stir-fry. Add the tofu, and continue stir-frying.
6. When the liquid has almost evaporated, turn off the heat. Add the scrambled egg and snow peas, mix them, and done.
7. It's delicious to serve on rice.

The scrambled tofu that I had at a hospital when I gave birth was delicious, so I tried to replicate it.
