Gluten-free Raisin Rolls with Rice Flour

The natural sweetness of raisins and rice flour is pretty delicious on it's own. These rolls are chewy and soft. They are great for kids or if you're on a diet.

Ingredients: Makes 8 small rolls

Rice flour
150 g
Baking powder (aluminum-free)
5 g
Soy milk
150 g
Olive oil (or canola oil)
15 g
50 g (or as much as you'd like)


1. Preheat your oven to 180℃.
2. Combine the baking powder and rice flour in a bowl.
3. Add in the soy milk, olive oil, and raisins and mix well.
4. Coat a mini muffin tray with oil and then divide the dough into the tray.
5. Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes and it's done.
