Picadillo con Garbanzo

This is a nutritious, filling salad than can be served as a main dish. 'Picadillo con garbanzo' is an easy, traditional Spanish salad made with chopped tomatoes, green beans, and onions mixed with vinegar and olive oil. With this base, you have a highly nutritious salad.

Ingredients: 4 servings

4 (chopped into small pieces)
★Green peppers
2 (chopped into small pieces)
2 (thinly sliced) or 1 large
1/2 of a small one
a small amount
Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
400 g (boiled)
Canned tuna
as desired (it's delicious with a generous amount)

1. Make the boiled egg (Tip: while boiling, add a bit of salt and vinegar to the water so that even if the egg breaks, the inside will not leak and you'll have a clean boiled egg).
2. Cut the ★ vegetables and combine in a large dish in the order listed. Sprinkle some salt on top of the onions and add the Balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
3. Add the beans (if using canned beans, remove from the can and wash), tuna, chopped boiled egg, and mix. Finally, season with black pepper to finish.
