Italian Sauteed Sliced Pork Offcuts

Italian Sauteed Sliced Pork Offcuts

This is an Italian side dish made with inexpensive sliced pork offcuts!

Ingredients: 3 ~ 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork offcuts
300 g
Maitake mushrooms
1/2 pack
White wine
about 1 tablespoon
Herb salt
a small amount
Easy tomato sauce
about 4 tablespoons

1. Heat olive oil in a pot, and saute the onion. When it becomes soft and tender, add the pork, white wine, and maitake mushrooms, then continue sautéing.
2. When the pork begins to turn white, as illustrated in the picture in Step 1, add the easy tomato sauce and herb salt, then continue sautéing. Cover with a lid, turn the heat to medium, and wait for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the lid, and continue sautéing to evaporate the water. Taste it, and if the taste is thin, adjust it with salt, and then it's done!

Story Behind this Recipe

I had leftover tomato sauce that I had made this morning and some sliced pork offcuts, so I tried making an evening meal with them!
