Simple Soy Milk Scones with Pancake Mix

I love soy milk.
These scones are great for breakfast and are flavoured simply with the sweetness of egg-free pancake mix.
Ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients: 12 small scones [5 cm diameter]

Pancake mix
200 g (1 bag)
Soy milk
50 ml
50 g


1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Add the pancake mix, butter, and soy milk to a plastic bag and rub the ingredients together until they form a ball of dough.
2. Stretch the dough out until it is about 3 cm thick and cut the scones out with cutters. Then place the scones on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for 20 minutes. If you wish to glaze the scones, brush some beaten egg over the surface.
