Juicy and Tender Ginger Fried Pork

Marinate the pork first so it absorbs more flavour, then fry, and it will be delicious This is a very tender ginger fried pork. Also, it is good in a lunchbox!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork loin
300-350 g
Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Mirin
3 tablespoons
Sake
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Ginger
About a thumb (or already grated one)

Steps

1. Slice the pork in half. (The photo above is pork shoulder. It is tender, and I recommend it for this recipe.)
2. Mix all ingredients except the pork. (Grate ginger beforehand.)
3. Marinate the pork in the sauce. Rest for about 15-30 minutes, but adjust to suit with your taste.
4. Spread out each meat on the pan and fry.
5. Once the meat changes color, turn them over. Fry both sides, but don't overcook. It's ready to serve.

I've cooked this many times since I got married. This recipe became my family's go-to dish after many revisions.
It is a quick and filling dish, so I make it quite often.
