Simple Moist Cookies

I made these egg-free cookies as a present for my friend who has an egg allergy.

Ingredients: 40 cookies

Cake flour
100 g
Sugar
50 g
Vegetable oil
30 g
Milk
20 g

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 170℃.
2. Sift the cake flour.
3. Mix all the ingredients together. (This is easier if you mix them in a plastic bag.)
4. Bring the dough together with plastic wrap.
5. Cut the cookies out into any shape you like, and line them up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake them at 180℃ for around 15 minutes.
