Japanese Hamburger Steak with Leftover Okara

I made Japanese hamburger steak with leftover okara! I've turned this side dish into a great main dish! Use it in a bento, too! I suggest you try this lovely refreshing dish!

50-100 g
Ground pork
70 g
a pinch
a small amount
Grated daikon radish
2 tablespoons
Ponzu (yuzu ponzu)
as needed


1. The okara dish Recipe ID: 2201926
2. Mix the leftover okara, meat, black pepper, and katakuriko thoroughly.
3. Shape into a patty and dust with katakuriko.
4. Heat a good amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburger steak until both sides are browned and crispy.
5. When the oil begins to spit, cover with a lid.
6. Once crispy, garnish with grated daikon radish and green onions. Top with ponzu sauce!
