Beef Stir-Fry with Gochujiang & Yakiniku Sauce

The sweet yakiniku sauce combined with the gochujiang creates a balance of flavors that's perfect for dinner.


Beef ribs
300 g
Maitake mushrooms
1 pack
Onion, your choice of veggies
☆Sweet yakiniku sauce
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
☆Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
to taste
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon


1. Combine the ☆ ingredients.
2. Put sesame oil in a heated frying pan and cook the beef. When about 80% cooked, add the vegetables and stir-fry.
3. Once cooked, add the sauce and let the seasoning soak in. Stop the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and it's done.
4. I tried it wrapped in cabbage leaves. It also tastes great if you top it on rice or wrap it in lettuce!
