Pork and Atsu-age Stir-Fry in Oyster Sauce

This is a hearty main dish. The sauce is thick, so the flavor melds together well, and it is delicious. It goes great with rice.

Ingredients: 2-3 people

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
2 small pieces (about 160 g)
King oyster mushrooms
Japanese leek
*Oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
*Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
*Tubed ginger
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon


1. Cut the atsu-age into 1 cm pieces.
2. Cut the eringi mushrooms and slice Japanese leeks into 5 cm diagonals. Cut the pork meat into easy-to-eat pieces.
3. Mix * together.
4. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork meat, lightly season with salt and pepper, and sauté.
5. Once the meat has browned, add the remaining ingredients, and sauté some more.
6. Once it has all cooked through, reduce to low heat, add * and coat everything, let it thicken, and it is done.

I found very cheap atsuage on sale, so I sautéed it with meat.
