Kimchi Dip With Plenty of Kimchi

I made this kimchi dip using plenty of matured kimchi. The aroma of the kimchi, the mildness of the yogurt, and the smell of toasted nori seaweed combined is so good.

Ingredients: 4 servings

50 g
Strained yogurt
20 g
25 g
1 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds
as needed
Toasted nori seaweed
as needed


1. Squeeze the kimchi well to get rid of any excess liquid. Finely chop.
2. Put the kimchi from Step 1 in a bowl with the strained yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well, you're all done.
3. It's also great with toasted nori seaweed.

Story Behind this Recipe

The kimchi I made the other day had matured really well, so I mixed it with yogurt to get double the benefits of lactobacillus. It's good for preventing skin problems and constipation.
