Mini California Roll

Mini California Roll

These are bite sized and easy to make.
This is my most delicious food to date Even my father, a chef, raves about this California Roll!

Ingredients: 2 rolls

*Uncooked white rice
1 rice cooker cup (180ml)
*Sushi vinegar
2 tablespoons
Imitation crab sticks
About 10 pieces
as needed
Toasted nori seaweed
2 sheets
1 tablespoon
Sushi vinegar
1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
to taste


1. Cook your rice with a little less water than usual. When it is done cooking, add the sushi vinegar and use chopping motions to mix it thoroughly.
2. Tear the crab sticks into pieces and mix well with the mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of sushi vinegar. Cut the avocado into long, thin pieces.
3. Spread the rice thinly on the nori seaweed. Turn it over and put on the crab sticks, avocado, and cheese. Roll it all up, being careful not to squish the filling out.
4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and roll the sushi roll in it to finish. Eat it with soy sauce.
