Simple & Rich Chocolate Brownies

Simple & Rich Chocolate Brownies

You just have to mix up simple ingredients.
It's an authentic, super moist, and rich brownie. It doesn't call for sugar, so it's not too sweet.

Chocolate (I recommend bittersweet)
3 bars (about 165 g)
50 g
White flour
50 g
Walnuts (optional)
45 g

1. Preheat the oven 170℃.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Sift the flour.
4. Arrange the walnuts on the kitchen parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for about 7 minutes.
5. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler while mixing. Once melted together, remove from the double boiler.
6. Once cooled, add the egg and whisk together.
7. Add the sifted flour and fold in with a rubber spatula.
8. Finally add the walnuts and mix.
9. Pour onto the baking sheet and bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes. It is ready when a skewer or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
10. Once cooled, wrap with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. Once chilled, cut into squares and enjoy.
