Rich and Cheesy Penne Arrabbiata

Soft melting cheese is mixed into a somewhat spicy sauce.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Pasta (spaghetti)
as needed
Garlic (finely chopped)
1 clove
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Takanotsume
a small amount
Canned tomatoes (diced)
1/2
Consomme soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
Melting type cheese
to taste
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Boil the pasta with a lot of salt until al dente.
2. Add the garlic, chili pepper, and oil to a frying pan and slowly cook.
3. Add the canned tomatoes, 1/2 ladle of the pasta's boiling water, and the consomme, and bring to a simmer. Add the cheese to melt.
4. Coat the pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
