Boil the pasta with a lot of salt until al dente.
Add the garlic, chili pepper, and oil to a frying pan and slowly cook.
Add the canned tomatoes, 1/2 ladle of the pasta's boiling water, and the consomme, and bring to a simmer. Add the cheese to melt.
Coat the pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

I really really wanted to eat short pasta that I had made. Refer toRecipe ID: 2197774.
Even without any extra ingredients this sauce is delicious. This time, I used a handful of pizza cheese. You could also add onions or ground meat after cooking the garlic, and use 1 tbsp of red wine cooked on high heat to cook off the alcohol for an even richer taste (lower the heat back to low at Step 3).
