Chop the octopus and tomato into small pieces. Slice the garlic.
Place a long sheet of aluminium foil into a container that can be placed on an open flame.
Place the chopped ingredients into the foil from Step 2 and add the flavoring ingredients.
Wrap up the foil and grill until the cheese melts.
Story Behind this Recipe
I had received a bunch of octopus and boiled them nicely! I thought it would be nice to eat them while camping with everybody so I made this using the ingredients I had on hand and it was a huge hit. Now it's part of my standard menu at home.
Since all you have to do is chop and add to the pan, even the children can help out. You don't have to worry about lots of dirty dishes either. If you want to take in some nutrients from vegetables, this will go well with cauliflower or onions. You can adjust the amount of octopus used. When cooking, there will be liquid released from the ingredients. It tastes great when wiped up with some bread.
