Mixed ground beef and pork
300 g
Onion

Carrot

Canned diced tomatoes
1 can
Salt of Shio-koji
1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon
Pepper
as needed

Steps

1. Fry the meat until cooked through. Add the minced onion and carrot, and continue stir-frying. When the oil has soaked in, add the canned tomatoes and 300 ml of water, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper.
