Ladyfinger Biscuits

These are made with simple ingredients. Enjoy as is, or use them for various pastries like Charlotte, tiramisu, no-bake cheesecakes are more.


Egg yolk
Egg white
25 g
Cake flour
Powdered sugar (if you are eating as is)
as needed


1. Put the egg whites and sugar in a bowl and whip well, until it forms stiff peaks.
2. Add the egg yolk in the bowl and mix.
3. Whip well again, like this.
4. Switch to a rubber spatula, sift in the cake flour and fold it into the batter.
5. When the flour is folded in nicely, preheat the oven to 150°C.
6. Pour the batter into a piping bag with a round tip, and pipe. If you will be eating the biscuit as is, sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar during this step.
7. Bake for 12 ~ 15 minutes, watching the color.
8. Finished. The taste is great as is.
