Easy and Delicious Baked Spinach and Egg

If I have this for breakfast, I'm happy for the rest of the day .

Ingredients: 1 serving

About 1/4 bag
Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix)
1/4 teaspoon plus
Olive oil (for sauteing)
1/2 teaspoon
10 g


1. Blanch the spinach quickly or saute. Season with Krazy Salt or salt and pepper.
2. Put the spinach in the ramekin, and make a well in the middle.
3. Break the egg carefully into the well.
4. Scatter cheese around the egg, and bake in an oven until browned.
5. The baked spinach and egg is done. Eat it while its piping hot!
